Sheave Liners

• A cost saving way to replace Otis 269-HT, 219-HT and 155-HT hoist/drive sheave liners (inserts) without having to disassemble the hoist machine from the pedestal.

• The sheave liners are cut and retrofitted with a cable that allows simple reattachment with an easy to use patent pending connecting tool. This process reduces the total labor time from three or four days to only two to three hours and this job can be achieved without having to hang the car.
